Very nice and cozy hotel close to the city gate. Comfortable beds, and modern up to date bathroom. Lovely terrace outside the room. Polite and serviceminded straff. Simple but lovely breakfast terrace with stunning view.

We haven’t stayed in this hotel but we came to Noto by a scooter when it was pouring rain and didn’t know where to park, so we came here to ask. Kind stuff at the reception helped us and let us wait till the rain stopped. They have very good cappuccino, great service and a nice view opening up from their terrace :) Thanks to their hospitality I would definitely stay here if I had to spend a night in Noto

A little nice hotel close to Noto’s city center. The room we chose for our stay was large and with the hot tub! Slippers, towels, soap al you need for a short stay. The breakfast can be improved a little, on the service and quality of ingredients. Parking included with camera surveillance. Personnel attentive

Hotel Flora has a bar that sells bus tickets to various towns in val di Noto, as well as refreshments and has a few tables where you can sit to enjoy them. I bought my ticket and a drink and sat outside to enjoy until the bus arrived. Before heading out I asked to use the bathroom only to be told that as a customer I cannot use their private bathroom and directing me to the public ones. I felt uncomfortable using the public ones as they do not lock and a man opened my stall door as soon as I entered it. Promptly returning to hotel Flora, I further enquired as to why I could not use the toilets there, particularly as I saw another day tripper, a white girl, this time using them. Only when I insisted did they allowed me to use the bathroom. I find it quite an unusual service that certain paying customers are not allow to use the bathroom while others are. All that to say, this is not the type of place I would recommend you spend your money at. I can only extrapolate that the hotel has a similar customer service approach.

We just had a couple of drinks here after arriving by bus and before departing. Nice place to sit, chilled out. They charged us 8 Euro to store our bags for the day so we could explore the town without having to carry them. All friendly and helpful.
